Tender chicken, mushrooms and shallots cooked in a flavorful, silky smooth dijon mustard and marsala wine sauce. Sounds fancy but is a total cinch to make. Super cozy and extra delicious!
Mushrooms, shallots, garlic and thyme roasted down in white wine while a little prosciutto crisps up here and there. Then if it couldn’t get better, a little burrata is torn over the top while its still hot, melting just enough. So freakin delicious. You have to give it a try!
