I believe in eating mostly plant-based but ya gotta live a little and eat what makes you happy sometimes too.
Growing up, I was always baking + cooking in the kitchen with my Mom + Grandmothers; logging countless hours with Ina Garten on my grandma’s couch. In college, I did a round of the vegan thing, that quickly evolved into a half assed vegetarian thing. I’ve failed countless sugar-free attempts. And now, I’m at a point in my life where I just try to listen to what my body is craving and then add as many vegetables as I can. I eat with freedom and draw inspiration from the different food phases of my life, keeping veggies the main priority, indulging in some of my favorite sweet treats and still enjoying a little meat on the side.
My recipes are simple, easy to make + I hope you love them as much as we do!
