Every week, I make 2 different kinds of beans and use them in anything from breakfast burritos to salads and soups. This method seems to help reduce gas (I said REDUCE not eliminate they’re little nuggets or fiber) and makes perfect beans EVERYTIME.

I never feel like there are enough nuts in something that is named a ‘Banana NUT Muffin’ #teamtexture so I loaded these muffins up with all the nuts I could find in my house and it was a total WIN!
