INGREDIENTS – serves 2

2 thin cut pork chops
Salt + Pepper
2-3T olive oil

4c green cabbage, shredded, about 1/2 a head
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4t red pepper flakes
1/2t soy sauce
1t dijon
1/4t honey
1/4c apple cider vinegar
1/4c broth or water

Bring a large skillet to medium to med-high heat. Sprinkle the pork chops with a little salt + pepper then sear in olive oil about 2 minutes on each side. Take the chops out of the pan and set aside. Saute the cabbage with garlic, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, dijon and honey for about 30 seconds then pour in vinegar and broth. Give it a good stir then nestle the pork chops in the cabbage, reduce to a simmer then cover for another 7 minutes.
