CRANBERRY PEPITA WHITE CHOCOLATE BARK

White chocolate spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, topped with tangy chewy cranberries and toasty crunchy pepitas. A simple holiday treat.

INGREDIENTS – 8-10 servings

1 1/2c white chocolate chips
1/4t cinnamon
2-3 dashes nutmeg

1/4c dried cranberries
2T pepitas, toasted
Sea salt – optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt chocolate in the microwave, stir every 15-30 seconds until melted. Swirl in the cinnamon and nutmeg then pour it out on a parchment lined baking sheet (one that fits in your freezer). Spread the chocolate out into a roughly 10″x5″ rectangle. Scatter cranberries and pepitas over the top then sprinkle with a little sea salt. Freeze for 30 minutes, until hard all the way through then break it up into pieces and serve. Store in the fridge.
