Whether its just another weeknight or you’re sitting down at a holiday dinner, sometimes simple really is the best when it comes to fresh seasonal veg. Thats why I’m keeping it simple with these bright + crisp green beans sprinkled with flaky sea salt. They’re incredibly flavorful + gorgeous to boot! You’re going to love adding this quick + easy side dish to your table.
INGREDIENTS – serves 2
2-3 big handfuls green beans, trimmed
2-3T olive oil
1/4t sea salt
1/4t black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring a skillet to med-high heat. Drizzle olive oil in the pan then add green beans with just a touch of the salt + all the pepper. Saute 3-5 minutes until just a little charred but still have that crunch. Plate them up + sprinkle with some more sea salt to taste.
