Pop a beer and cue the Zydeco music! These cajun cashews are an excellent way to change up your healthy snacking game, it just takes a few simple spices you should already have in your pantry!
1/2t garlic powder
1/4t onion powder
1/2t smoked paprika – regular works too
dash of cayenne – optional or more than a dash, up to your spice tolerance
1T olive oil
1c raw cashews
Preheat oven to 375°F. Disperse cashews evenly on a sheet pan, roast for 4-5 minutes. Mix spices in bowl then add cashews and oil. Toss. Return to sheet pan and roast for 3-4 more minutes. Keep an eye on them, your oven might hold a slightly different temperature.
