Simple and delicious! Crispy bacon, sweet, juicy strawberries and creamy avocado over fresh greens with a super flavorful shallot dijon dressing. Perfect all spring and summer long!

INGREDIENTS – serves 2-4

1/2 shallot, rough chop
1t dijon
2t maple syrup or honey
Salt and pepper
2T red wine vinegar
2T olive oil

6-8c fresh greens (your fav)
6-10 strawberries, hulled and sliced
4-5 bacon slices, cooked and chopped
1 avocado, sliced


Using a small food processor or immersion blender, puree the shallot, dijon, maple, vinegar and olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour into serving container and set aside.

Dump your greens in a large bowl, top with strawberries, bacon and avocado then drizzle with the dressing.
