Salty feta whipped into smooth and creamy dip drizzled with a spiced pomegranate reduction and sprinkled with pistachios and pomegranate seeds. A delicious flavor combination that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS – serves 4-6

1c pomegranate juice
2T maple syrup
1/4t cinnamon
1/8t cardamom – optional
1/8t coriander – optional

1 small garlic clove
1/2 lemon, juice
1/2c greek yogurt
4oz feta, cubed or crumbled

Pomegranate seeds
Pistachios, roasted and chopped


In a small pot, bring pomegranate juice, maple, cinnamon, cardamom and coriander to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 15-20 minutes until reduced to about 1/4c. Allow to cool to room temp. (Speed up to process by throwing it in the fridge for a bit.)

Meanwhile, add garlic, lemon, greek yogurt and feta in a food processor, blend until smooth. Pour onto a platter or bowl, drizzle with pomegranate reduction then sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and pistachios. Serve with toasted pita triangles.
