PARMESAN KNOTS

Such an easy side that comes together in no time! Just take some pizza dough, cut it up, tie some knots, bake then dunk in melted butter and cover with a garlic herb parmesan. So freaking delicious!

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg pizza dough from the deli section or make your own here

2-4T butter, melted
1/2c parmesan, grated
1/8t garlic powder
1/4t dried basil
1/4t dried oregano

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F. Divide your pizza dough into 8 pieces, stretch each a little bit into a 5-6″ rope then tie it into knots and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

While they bake, melt your butter in a small bowl and in a separate bowl stir together parmesan, garlic powder, basil and oregano.

Once the knots are cool enough to touch, dunk them in the butter then immediately in the parmesan mixture.

ENJOY!
