Crispy, mapley cashews with a touch of cinnamon. Simple crunchy and so delicious. Just 5 ingredients you probably already have and 15 minutes in the oven. A perfect Fall snack that anyone can make!
2c cashews, raw
1T olive oil
2T maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread out the cashews on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast dry for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together olive oil, maple and cinnamon with a small pinch of salt. Add the lightly roasted cashews and toss to coat. Pour them back on the baking sheet and roast for another 5 minutes, stir them around then back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Give them one more stir after baking then spread them out again and allow to cool completely.
