INGREDIENTS

1 large sweet potato, cut into fries
1/4t coriander
1/4t garlic powder
1/4t cumin
1/8t allspice
1/8t cardamom
1/4t crushed red pepper flakes (or 1/8t cayenne)
1/8t salt
1T olive oil

1/2c greek yogurt or labneh (but any unsweet yogurt will work)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4t sumac
Small pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, toss sweet potato fries in coriander, garlic powder, cumin, allspice, cardamom, crushed red pepper flakes, salt and olive oil then spread the fries out so they don’t touch.

Roast for 15 minutes, flip then roast for 15 minutes. If your sweet potatoes need to crisp up a little more, flip the sweet potatoes again and roast for 5-10 minutes.

While you wait, stir together yogurt, lemon juice, sumac and salt and set aside for dipping!
