CHILI ROASTED GRAPES with SEA SALT

The easiest decadent dessert. Clusters of fresh grapes tossed with balsamic and a touch of chili powder. Roasted just enough for the juices to start caramelizing with the vinegar. Spooned over ice cream or yogurt then finished off with just a touch of flakey sea salt. Its addicting. So good!

INGREDIENTS – serves 4

4c grapes
1T balsamic vinegar
1/4t chili powder
1T olive oil

Flakey sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F. In a baking dish, toss grapes in balsamic, chili powder and olive oil. Roast for about 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream, yogurt, whipped cream (whatever you’d like) and finish with a touch of flakey sea salt.

ENJOY!
