Get your chocolate fix with this delicious and filling smoothie. Loads of protein, healthy fats, greens and all you can taste is yummy chocolate coconut goodness. You are going to absolutely love this on a busy morning.
INGREDIENTS – serves 1-2
1 small banana (or 1/2 large)
1/2c milk of choice
1/2c coconut water
2-3c spinach or lettuce greens
1/2c greek yogurt
2-3T almond butter (or peanut)
1/2c frozen berries (I use a mix)
1/4c unsweetened cocoa
2-3T unsweetened coconut (desiccated or shredded)
1T chia seeds – optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
