This protein packed frozen treat is the perfect way to cool down this summer!  Sweet maple yogurt spread out on a baking sheet topped with fresh strawberries, toasted coconut and a touch of flakey sea salt then frozen solid.  Ooo its so good!

INGREDIENTS – 8-10 servings

12 oz or 1 1/2c green yogurt
1/4c maple syrup or honey
1/2t vanilla extract
1/4c coconut flakes, toasted
6-8 strawberries, chopped
Pinch flakey sea salt, optional


Stir yogurt, maple and vanilla together until uniform. Gently spread it out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top with coconut and strawberries, pressing them in just a touch. Sprinkle with sea salt then freeze until solid (usually 4 hours to overnight). Cut or break up and store in a freezer safe container or bag.
