INGREDIENTS

1/4c butter, softened
1/4c peanut butter/any nut butter, room temp
1/4c sugar
1/4c brown sugar
1/2t vanilla
1 egg, room temp
1/2c+2T flour
1/4t baking powder
1/4t baking soda
1/8t salt
1/4c chocolate chunks/chips whatever ya got
1/4c chopped nuts – optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325°F. Cream together butters and sugars until smooth. Add vanilla and egg, incorporate. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until just brought together. Fold in chunks. Makes 12-14 cookies. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
