All of your favorite healthy seeds brought together in this super easy to make, crispy, crunchy snack!
INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites
1/2t salt
1/8t garlic powder
1/8t onion powder
2/3c pepitas
1/2c sunflower seeds
1/4c flax seeds
2T chia seeds
2T sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, garlic powder and onion powder until just a little frothy and the seasonings have dissolved. Stir in the seeds then pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread it out into a rectangle as thin as you can while making sure you don’t have any big gaps. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crisp throughout. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before breaking it into pieces.
