MAPLE NUT GRANOLA

Crunchy oats, almonds and pecans and just a touch of mapley sweetness and flakey sea salt to finish. A simple everyday granola that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS – makes 4-5c

2 1/2c rolled oats
1c almonds, sliced
1c pecans, chopped

1/4c grapeseed oil (or whatever flavorless oil you have)
1/3c maple syrup

1t flakey sea salt (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325°F.  In a large bowl, stir oats, almonds and pecans together. Pour in oil and maple then stir to coat. Dump onto a parchment lined baking sheet, spread everything out evenly then sprinkle with flakey sea salt to taste. Bake for 15 minutes, stir, bake for another 15 minutes, stir then finish off for another 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool then store in a airtight container.
