Fresh green onions charred just a touch for flavor then whipped up with some greek yogurt + feta to create a smooth, creamy dip. Effortless + absolutely delicious. You’re going to love adding this to your repertoire for summer get togethers!


1 bundle whole green onions
Olive oil
1/2c greek yogurt
3-4 oz feta
1/2 lemon, zested
Salt + pepper

Dipper ideas:
Steamed fresh artichokes
Cucumbers, celery, carrots


Toss green onions in a drizzle of olive oil then grill, broil or sear in a skillet for 2-3 minutes until charred. Use tongs to move them around and get all sides. Chop the ends off and discard then cut the rest into 1-2″ pieces, set aside.

Put yogurt, feta, lemon zest, a little salt + pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add green onions then pulse until desired texture.
