I thought that when I discovered putting zucchini slices on pizza like pepperoni it was pretty great but last night I tried radishes. That little bit of pepperyness they have was perfect, not to mention the charming pop of color they add.


1 small zucchini, thin sliced
4 radishes, thin sliced
5 crimini mushrooms, thin sliced
1/2c arugula
1c shredded fontina/mozzarella
1/2c shredded Romano/parm
1/2c ricotta
1/4c red sauce
1 pizza dough


Bake at 475 for 10-13 min or until the bottom of the crust is toasty brown and hard. Sprinkle on arugula when done.
