Looks a little fancy but this one is so quick and so easy to make. Chicken breast sliced in half then topped with your favorite Boursin cheese and chopped walnuts. Delicious!
INGREDIENTS – serves 2
1 chicken breast, butterflied in half
1/4 Boursin cheese round, whichever is your fav
1/4c walnuts, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven 375°F.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken, then place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet.
Crumble the cheese over chicken then top with walnuts. Roast for 20 minutes.
