A delicious and healthy side to add to your repertoire this Fall. Tender, lightly charred broccoli florets seasoned with za’atar and finished with lots of feta, pepitas and sunflower seeds. So flavorful!!
INGREDIENTS – serves 2-4
3c broccoli florets
1/4t salt
1/2t za’atar
2T olive oil
1-2 lemon wedges
1T pepitas
2t sunflower seeds
1/4c feta, crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F.
On a large parchment lined baking sheet, toss broccoli in salt, za’atar and olive oil to coat. Spread the broccoli out then roast for 15-18 minutes.
Scoop the broccoli onto whatever you’re serving it on then squeeze a lemon wedge over the top and heavily sprinkle with seeds and feta.
