The easiest, juiciest, most flavorful chicken dinner around! A mixture of feta, herbs, garlic and olive oil roasted atop chicken breast until it just starts to crisp up. So darn delicious!
INGREDIENTS
1 chicken breast, butterflied in two
2oz feta, crumbled
1/4t oregano
1/4t thyme
1/4t garlic powder
2T olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Sprinkle chicken with a little salt on each side then place flat on a baking sheet.
Add remaining ingredients to a a small bowl, stir and mash together then scoop evenly over the two chicken cutlets. Spread out to mostly cover then roast for 23-25 minutes, until the feta starts to turn golden brown and the chicken is cooked.
