Super quick, cheesy, delicious and only 4 ingredients! A block of creamy harvarti topped with a spicy fig jam then baked until its completely melted then smeared over a cracker or baguette. So freaking good.
INGREDIENTS
2T olive oil
8 oz havarti
1/2c fig jam
1/4t red pepper flakes
Rosemary crackers or toasted baguette slices
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F. Drizzle olive oil in a 8-10″ cast iron skillet. Place the black of havarti in the middle of the skillet. Stir red pepper flakes into the fig jam then spoon over the havarti. Bake for about 20 minutes, until just melted and before it starts to brown.
Spoon over crackers or baguette.
