BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Spicy buffalo, cream cheesy, shredded chicken with crumbles of melty blue cheese scooped up on a crisp celery stick. So easy! Just stir, bake and ENJOY! Perfect for every game day.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2c shredded chicken (rotisserie or 1 breast-salt + peppered, 375°F for 25-30 minutes)
4oz cream cheese, softened
1/4c greek yogurt
1/4c buffalo sauce
1/2c blue cheese, separated 1/4c/1/4c

Celery sticks
Carrot sticks
Toasted bagette slices

Chives or green onion, chopped – optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce + 1/4c blue cheese. Dump into a small baking dish (10″ skillet, 6×6 or 8×8 work great!). Top with the rest of the blue cheese and bake for 30 minutes. Finish with chives or green onion.
