One of my favorite ways to level up grilled or roasted veg is to let a delicious flavored butter melt over once they come off the heat. This version combines aleppo and red pepper flakes with a touch of honey and sea salt for a seriously delicious spicy, sweet, caramely, salty finish. So damn good.
INGREDIENTS
4T butter, softened
1/4t Aleppo pepper flakes
1/4t red pepper flakes
1T honey
Pinch flakey sea salt
INSTRUCTION
Add all of the ingredients into a small-med bowl. Mash it all together until smooth then dollop over your favorite grilled vegetables.
