Thinly sliced zucchini tossed in a drizzle of white balsamic vinegar and olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh basil, flakey sea salt and cracked black pepper. Simple, flavorful and delicious. A beautiful way to celebrate all the straight from the garden zucchini.
INGREDIENTS
4 small zucchini, thin sliced (2 medium)
1T white balsamic vinegar
1/4t flakey sea salt
1/4t black pepper
1T olive oil
2T fresh basil, chiffonade
INSTRUCTIONS
Place zucchini in a large bowl, pour vinegar and olive oil over and sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil. Toss to combine.
Tastes even better if it sits in the fridge for an hour or so.
