Probably the coziest cocktail with an ice cube in it. Apple cider, maple and cinnamon reduced to a thin syrup swirled with bourbon, bitters and ice. Warms your whole body like a camp fire on a cold day.
One of my favorite ways to use up summer fruit is to muddle it into this classic cocktail. A little watermelon and berries leftover? Give it a smash then top with some gin and your favorite sparkling water. Its refreshing and delicious!
